Sometimes putting a worry into a box allows you to forget about them a bit – especially at night times when worries always seem huge.
Find a box, or make a box using this template.
Decorate any which way you’d like. Stickers, big fat felt tip pens, small crayons, paints, stamps. Make it your glorious box.
Write down, or draw out your worry and place inside the box.
Some people like to do this in the morning. They ‘park’ their worries before they go to school. Other like to do it before they go to bed.
The worry box can put outside the bedroom at night time. The worry box can live in school.
Tell people if they are allowed to look inside your worry box or not.
