Angry & Mad Box
It is perfectly normal to be angry and we need to get the anger out sometimes. This is a great way of doing it.
You will need: An empty box, paper, tape & scissors
1. Fill box the empty box with paper. You might want to write down all the things that make you angry and mad. You could cut out images from magazines or newspapers, or draw your own pictures.
2. Tape the box shut.
3. Jump up and down on the box until it is destroyed.
4. Chuck it all in the recycling bin.
